MJ Day

MJ Day is our Office Manager and has been with the company for the past year. Based in Orem, MJ brings strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset to the team.

With a background in office administration and organization from previous roles, MJ has developed a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Her experience helps keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring customers feel heard and taken care of.

On a day-to-day basis, MJ responds to and resolves customer-related concerns, answers emails, calls, and texts, and manages office administrative tasks. She plays a key role in keeping communication organized and making sure issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

What MJ enjoys most about her job is the satisfaction of getting things completed, solving customer issues, and bringing new ideas to the table.

Outside of work, MJ loves spending time with her husband and two kids. She’s a dedicated Utah Mammoth hockey fan (hardcore!), enjoys bowling, and spending time with their two cats and two dogs.
