Matthew (Matt) Ross

Matthew Ross is our Production Manager and has been a key part of the team for the past six years. He lives in Salt Lake and brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to his role.

Matt has worked with his hands his entire life, starting as a ranch hand for a farmer in Louisiana. Throughout his career, he’s held leadership positions and enjoys guiding teams and getting the job done right.

He holds OSHA certification and has completed many out-of-state trainings focused on installing gutters, awnings, and other exterior services.

In his day-to-day role, Matt manages a team of technicians, leads an install crew, and handles additional office responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.

What Matt enjoys most about his job is the opportunity to lead a team, work outdoors, and teach others while building strong people skills.

Outside of work, Matt stays busy learning new trades, going to the gym, fishing, and spending time on the water during the summer and playing with his cat, Pickle. And yes—he’s also known for making fun of MJ whenever he gets the chance.
